It has been confirmed where the Kraken will be picking at the draft

Unfortunately the Kraken did not move up in the rankings and have landed the 8th overall pick in this year's draft.

Although it is not first overall, the Kraken will still have a high enough pick which should land them a very solid player.

Hopefully GM Ron Francis does his homework and Seattle ends up with the steal of the draft but fans will have to wait a little longer to find out.
