The referees have continued to poorly call the games between the Bruins and Panthers as it was the case in game 5 once again.

During the game, Panthers forward Carter Verhaeghe slashed Parker Wotherspoon and Charlie McAvoy in the face and he did not receive a single penalty.
The Florida Panthers were not whistled for high sticking on this play.

Although the Bruins won last night even thought this call was missed, the officiating needs to improve drastically as it has been a complete mess since game 1.
