Edmonton Oilers forward Zach Hyman did not hold back in his post game interview after a 3-0 loss to the New York Rangers on Thursday night.

The Oilers have had a very slow start with a 1-5-1 record.

A lot of the blame is on our d-zone, our defensive system, our defense. We didn't score anything today. So, there's no finger pointing.
Said Hyman.

Edmonton has been outscored 10-4 in the two games without their top player and captain Connor McDavid.

While there are four players on Edmonton at a point per game, there are only two players on the team with three or more goals, that being Warren Foegele and Leon Draisaitl.

The Oilers next game is against their bitter rival Calgary Flames on Sunday in the NHL's Heritage Classic.
