Seattle Kraken prospect and star forward of the Moose Jaw Warriors, Jagger Firkus has had a brilliant season and will soon be moving up to the AHL after his bid for the Memorial Cup in the coming weeks.
It was announced earlier this week that Firkus and Tyson Jugnauth were re-assigned to the Seattle Kraken's AHL affiliate the Coachella Valley Firebirds. This is a big leg up for the young forward who has helped bring Moose Jaw to their first Western Hockey League championship since 1980. His team now faces the daunting task for bringing home the Memorial Cup which would make this a record breaking year for the Warriors.
