Josh Mahura Joins Kraken and Gets Name on Stanley Cup

The Seattle Kraken's newest free agent signing, Josh Mahura, has his name added to the Stanley Cup with the Florida Panthers. The Panthers petitioned to include Mahura's and Jonah Gadjovich's names despite neither meeting the required games nor playing in the Stanley Cup Finals.
Mahura joined the Kraken on July 3rd, signing a league-minimum deal likely placing him as the team's seventh defenseman for the 2024-25 season. The Kraken will be the third franchise for the 26-year-old, who has 191 career games of experience.
