During game 5, Bruins defenseman Charlie McAvoy was looking for an explanation from referee Steve Kozari at the end of the second period but was yelled at by Kozari instead.
Bruins announcer Jack Edwards did not like that Kozari yelled at McAvoy then was the first referee off the ice for the intermission. The Bruins announcer was livid at Kozari calling him a coward for leaving the ice early.

Clearly Edwards was not happy and since this will be his last season, he has decided to take a few extra liberties on air.
