The Seattle Kraken season recently ended and it was a disappointing season. During multiple press conferences after the season, Kraken general manager Ron Francis stated that the team was inconsistent when describing the season. The players on the team agreed with this, including Kraken forward Jaden Schwartz as he stated that the team needs to be more consistent next year. This was evident during the season, as the Kraken rarely put solid back-to-back games together which is why they were never really in the playoff chase.

Seattle Kraken forward Jaden Schwartz discusses the one (printable) word which summed up the Kraken season, and which he says must be corrected starting in October. #SeaKraken

Jaden Schwartz went on to say that he believed the defense and the goaltending played fine throughout the season, however, they were too inconsistent offensively. That they often struggled to score goals. He also stated that the team would not only struggle to score goals but would struggle to find any type of momentum throughout the games.

Also, how they need to have better starts to games as often the team would have poor first periods then are chasing the rest of way. Which is clearly not a good combination if you struggle to score goals at times. The Seattle Kraken was not just inconsistent throughout the season but during games as well. Hopefully, next year this team can be more consistent, and we can see them back in the playoffs.
